Professional Background
Ms. Heflin is the managing member of Abroms & Heflin Capital, LLC, and is also affiliated with the firm of Abroms & Associates, P.C. She is involved in the valuation of businesses, tax return preparation, corporate finance projects, and bank consultation services.
Prior to her affiliation with Abroms & Heflin Capital, LLC, and Abroms & Associates, P.C., Ms. Heflin was an Executive Vice President for SunTrust Bank of Alabama, N.A., where her primary duties involved managing the credit quality function of the bank. She has worked for other financial institutions including AmSouth Bank, and Chemical Bank in acquisition analysis, as well as corporate lending and credit administration functions.
Ms. Heflin is a member in good standing of the following professional organizations:

- Alabama Society of Certified Public Accountants (ASCPA)

Educational Background
Ms. Heflin received a B.A. degree in Political Science from The University of the South, Sewanee, Tennessee, where she was salutatorian of her graduating class. She received her MBA from the Wharton School, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
